Southern5.com is proud to present the “Iron Bull” training seminar taught by Sifu Louie Martinez.

This is your chance to learn one of Ng Ga Kuen’s (Five Family Fist’s) advanced level forms, the “Iron Bull”, the
first in a series of five Bull’s which will be offered by Sifu Martinez. The seminar will present the full form,
including the “Iron Bull Salute”, basic training exercises for this particular Bull; complimentary breathing
exercises; and applications of the forms’ techniques.

This event took place at Shaolin Lomita on May 20 & 21, 2006. Please take a look at the pictures of the event

The Elephant from is one of the advance secondary animal form in the system that were taught only to a few
selected senior students who were able to complete the empty hand forms of the 5 Family / 5 Animals Style.

Elephant acting is for strengthening the body and develops agility in its movements and defensive skills thus
developing external power for the Elephant’s destructive striking power.

The Elephant style was originally suited for someone of a medium to a larger body size person and was kept
secrete for years, until now this style is available to all body sizes and genders.

Elephant Kung Fu is open to all martial arts practitioners who wish to further their knowledge in this rare style of
Southern Sil Lum.

Requirements for the Elephant form: Good Foundation, Hard Work and patience, Intermediate to Advance levels
of Martial Arts and it is best to be a practitioner in the styles of Shaolin Kung Fu.

The spring seminar has been cancelled due to, unforeseen circumstances; we regret any inconvenience
whoever had plans for the spring schedule.
